You can climb the stairs just outside from bunk house door to reach the washroom and a small pantry on your way to the terrace. Alternatively, guests can also choose to order from their favorite restaurants through Swiggy or Zomato, providing flexibility and variety to suit every taste Your perfect mix of comfort, aesthetics, and good energy awaits. Book your stay and experience a new kind of urban getaway! 🏡 House Rules – Please Read Before Booking To ensure a peaceful and comfortable experience for all our guests and neighboring residents, please follow these simple house rules: 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and indoor areas to maintain freshness and avoid discomfort for other residents. You may use the designated outdoor areas (like the rooftop) for smoking. 🔇 No Loud Music After 11 PM We love a good vibe, but please keep the volume down during nighttime hours. Loud music & hooting are not allowed, especially after 11PM, to respect the peace of other residents on the property. 💰 Security Deposit of ₹5,000 A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at check-in. It will be returned in full during check-out, provided all house rules are followed and there is no damage to the property. 🛏️ Respect the Property & Beddings Treat the space with care. Any damage to bedding, furnishings, or the property will result in charges deducted from your deposit 💃 No Dancing on the Floors This is a shared building with other airbnb apartments, not a party venue. Please avoid dancing or stomping on the floors to prevent disturbance to others living in the building. ⚠️ Deposit Deductions Treat the space as you would your own home. Keep it clean. Any violation of house rules — especially smoking indoors or damaging items & after party vomits — will result in a partial or full deduction from the security deposit. You get a private bunk house on the third floor (stairs only) and a terrace above your floor.

Other things to note

1) ₹5000 Security Deposit is need to be submitted at the time of check-in which is refundable at check-out time 2) You would not be sharing the bunk house with anyone else but your group. The entire floor shall be allocated to your group. 3) Stairs to be climbed. 4) Washroom is not attached to the room to avoid foul smell. 5) We have one camera in lobby which covers the apartment entrance and one camera is on terrace
