Elegant and Cozy Studio Apartments

These are 2 independent apartments on the same floor, making it a great stay for a group of 4. The space is Centrally located with all facilities like restaurants, Cafes, Grocery Stores, Vegetable and Fruit Shops, Parlours, etc. all at stone throw distance away. Metro station is at walking distance. The apartments are well connected by road and metro rail to all city centres like Connaught Place, Chandni Chowk, Kashmere Gate, Chhattarpur all the way upto Gurgaon.

The space

Enjoy a stylish and comfortable experience in these independent centrally-located Studio Apartments. We have 2 apartments on the same floor, which can accommodate total of 4 people. We provide mattress for additional people, if any. Both the apartments have an inverter installed which give 24 Hour Power Backup as well as dedicated High-Speed Wireless Internet connections I can also provide space for a (female) help to sleep at night. She can share the room with my house help at an additional price of Rs 1000 per night

Guest access

Both the apartments are provided with self checkin system. In one apartment there is key box placed on the door with a passcode, while on the other we have a digital lock. Besides the 2 Studio apartments, there is a room on the same floor, which is used as a classroom for me to take classes. The same room is where my house help sleeps at night. Your help can also share it with my maid. The room has a newly built attached washroom. The building does not have a lift and hence one needs to climb stairs.. However the stairs are an easy climb. In case you arrive between 9am and 8pm, I could get you some help with your luggage. Parking is available on the street. A charge of INR 100 per day will need to be paid for parking.

Other things to note

Facilities I can provide at an extra charges are: 1. The apartment is cleaned before every Checkin and after Checkout. In case required, I could help you with some help with cleaning, dusting the apartment along with doing your dishes at a nominal cost of Rs 250 per day. 2. I provide Vegetarian Breakfast (@INR 200), Lunch (@INR 300) and Dinner (@INR 300) per guest per meal. I would need to know in advance to arrange for one. 3. We also provide airport pickup at Rs. 1500 plus parking and airport drop at Rs.1000. You would need to inform in advance with fight details. I suggest taking a cab/ taxi from the airport, except if you are coming late in the night or very early in the morning. 4. I love to Crochet. I will be happy to show you some of the products I have made. In case you are interested, you can purchase them. I could also make some of them on order, but will need some time. I would be happy to teach it to anyone interested. 5. The building does not have a lift. However the stairs are an easy climb.
