The space
A more than modest Vingate home close to city centre can be “a perfect base for exploring New Delhi”. Our home is a 3BHK located at ground floor. Each room is a large spacious room (RARE FEATURE IN NEW DELHI) & has a private ensuite bathroom. Guests love the Big rooms with big windows and natural daylight, peace and calmness of the property. Relax in the tastefully furnished living area which features a cozy cane sofa and a flat screen TV. Lane has trees which gives it a flavor of being in a nature's retreat. You can hear chirping of the birds not only in the morning but also throughout the day. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, wifi in the house. Our home sleeps 9 people in 3 bedrooms, all having 3 double beds and 3 bathrooms. Each room may accomodate 3rd guest on floor mattress. This home is located on a quiet street in the South extension II neighborhood, within walking distance of restaurants, the metro, bespoke designer stores, galleries, two parks, cafes, a supermarket, and organic food markets. We have street parking, recommend you use Uber, or walk, it is a great neighborhood to get to know on foot.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house as per room allotment mentioned in house rules. Your access will be: a fully equipped kitchen, a large bright living room with balcony. You will meet Catretaker, who stays at the property and helps you with all you need during your stay, he speaks Hindi and little English.

Early checkin/late checkout is subject to availability and charges may apply. Living room is not airconditioned. Caretaker/staff stays at the property. Cleaning is charged nominal @200rs per visit, if required. TV has no dth, may connect ur laptop to stream through supplied hdmi, Firestick/OTT available @250 rs per night, if required.
