Our home is in a green, safe, and upscale neighborhood in South Delhi. Please make sure to read all the details and house rules carefully before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Our location offers high connectivity to all the important spots in the city, including India Gate, ISKCON Temple, Lotus Temple, and more. The building has ground + 4 floors, and your stay will be on the first floor. While we don’t have an elevator, our caretaker and staff are available 24/7 to assist with luggage, stairs, or anything else you may need. We also respect your privacy, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed stay. Here’s a detailed look at our space. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): - Size: The largest bedroom. - Bed: King-size bed. - Amenities: A large workstation with a desk and chair, a 75-inch TV. - Attached Bathroom: Yes. - Balcony: Yes, the biggest balcony with a table and two chairs - perfect for relaxing outdoors. Bedroom 2 (Theater Room): - Size: Standard-sized room. - Bed: King-size bed. - Amenities: 75-inch TV with a Sony home theater system for a full cinematic experience. - Attached Bathroom: Yes. - Special Feature: The room gets completely dark when the lights are off. Pro tip: Watch a horror movie at full volume, and if you don’t get goosebumps, you’ve officially earned bragging rights! Bedroom 3: - Size: Standard-sized room. - Bed: King-size bed. - Amenities: 43-inch TV. - Attached Bathroom: Yes. - Balcony: Yes, a small balcony suitable for standing and getting some fresh air. Not large enough for sitting. - Mirror: A full-length mirror where you can check your entire outfit at once. Bedroom 4: - Size: Standard-sized room. - Bed: King-size bed. - Amenities: 65-inch TV. - Attached Bathroom: Yes. - Balcony: Yes, similar to Bedroom 3, with a small standing balcony for fresh air. Kitchen: We are especially proud of our kitchen, which is designed to bring out the hidden chef in you! - Cooking Essentials: A 3-burner hob and a pipelined gas connection for smooth, uninterrupted cooking. - High-Quality Utensils: Aluminum-free, certified steel and iron utensils to ensure your meals are healthy and delicious. - Serving Essentials: We provide steel and glass utensils for a premium dining experience. - Beverage Essentials: Whether it's wine glasses for a cozy evening or beer mugs for a casual hangout, we’ve got you covered. - Best-in-Class Equipment: A large refrigerator, cold press juicer for fresh juices, a grilled sandwich maker for quick snacks, an air fryer for healthy meals, a microwave for reheating, and much more - perfect for any culinary adventure. - Spices and Oils: Basic spices and oils are available to get you started on your culinary journey. - Cook on Call: If cooking isn’t your thing, no problem! Let us know in advance, and we can arrange a cook at no extra cost. You just need to provide the groceries, and the cook can whip up North Indian or South Indian dishes for you. - Welcome Munchies: Upon your arrival, you'll find complimentary welcome drinks and munchies in the fridge to help you settle in comfortably. While these treats are a one-time gesture and not refillable, we hope they add a special touch to your stay.
