About this place
The Hobbits, Merry & Pippin, are two cute rooms in a three room apartment on the ground floor in an upscale, safe, and central locality in Gk-1, South delhi. They have everything you need for a short stay, or long, including fresh linen, towels, hot water, breakfast(included), warm homemade meals (for a price), ACs/heaters, a beautiful backyard and a very eager Keeper to make you her special tea or coffee. There is one other room on the property, with its own entrance/ exit.
The space
Merry, the first room, has a high queen bed, with a comfortable 8 inch orthopedic mattress; Pippin, a slightly smaller room, has a low queen bed with a soft mattress. Both beds are dressed in high-quality linen. The rooms both have fitted split ACs, and heaters available on request, to get us through the seasons. Each room leads into the alfresco dining patio. Merry additionally also has a 43-inch tv, equipped with Netflix, Prime, and Hotstar. They share one bathroom between them, which has two doors, opening towards the two respective rooms. The bathroom is fitted with a rainshower and a large geyser, so you're never run out of hot water!
Guest access
The whole space is set up for guests. The kitchen is shared with one other room. Your rooms and your bathroom are completely your own, as is your backyard.

Other things to note
Please smoke in the backyard. The rooms start smelling of tobacco otherwise. Please ask before having more than 1 guest over. Enjoy your stay!
