The space

This is a very newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment with comfort like home and luxury like hotel. It has fully equipped kitchen and space big enough to accommodate upto 10 persons. The apartment is on the Ground floor with living room window opening to parking and is wheelchair friendly. This is a luxurious apartment with two tastefully furnished bedrooms with Queen Size Beds, two western toilets and showers. The bedrooms are Air-Conditioned to help you beat the heat. It has a large drawing-cum-dining room which works as sitting area as well as meeting area. The living room has TV with cable connections. The entire apartment has Hi Speed Wi-Fi. -We have inverter back up for your use during power outage. Inverter runs lights and fans only. Please use lights and fans judiciously so that back up lasts longer. Apart from the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you can order home-made food from us. Breakfast is at Rs. 200/person and meals are at Rs. 300/- per person(For minimum order of 3). For less then three 100 Rs Extra. These vegetarian tasty delicacies are made at our home and delivered to you in tiffin. We strongly recommend trying this tasty fare. Moreover, you have choice of as many as 15 restaurants within a radius of 1.5 km offering various cuisines!. You can also order food on Swiggy and Zomato. There is NO private parking - To avoid misuse of electricity, we have installed sub meter, of which, the guest can note reading at the time of check in and at the time of check out. Any electricity consumption beyond 15 units per day will be charged @ Rs. 9/- per unit and collected at the time of check out.
