The space

The entire apartment is private, exclusive to our guests, and has everything you need. -Living room with a 3-seater Sofa set which also acts as double sofa-cum-bed with a thick (6-inch) mattress, 2-Chairs for additional sitting and a 4-seater Dining Table. -Fully equipped Kitchen with microwave, Water Purifier R.O, four burner Gas Stove, Microwave, Toaster, and all essential utensils needed for cooking and serving. Three comfortable bedrooms with Ample closet space is provided to keep your belongings organized to ensure a comfortable stay. Modern Amenities: ACs, Fully automatic washing machine, JIO Fiber Net, Refrigerator, TV with Ott entertainment (your own login) Apartment is on upper ground floor without lift We don't have any private parking. On Street parking is available for 1 CAR (Subject to availability). -Power backup by Inverter only for lights, fans, and wifi. -We have inverter back up for your use during power outage. Inverter runs lights and fans only. Please use lights and fans judiciously so that back up lasts longer. -Clean and private bathrooms with a Geyser. Towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. Location: Karkardooma Metro Station, Leela Kempinski Hotel, Anand Vihar Railway Station, many banquet halls etc are within driving distance of 10-15 minutes. We are placed conveniently close to our local markets of Saini Enclave, Karkardooma Community Centre, Shahdara Business District, which has lively restaurants, bars, pharmacies & convenient Forex shops to exchange currency. Karkardooma metro is at a driving distance of 5 minutes. If you choose to take metro for Connaught Place, it is a ride of just 20 minutes from Rajiv Chowk Metro Station on blue line.
