Every room, including this one, comes with its own attached washroom for your complete privacy and convenience. ✨ What You’ll Love About This Room: • A comfortable bed and a split AC to keep you cool and relaxed. • A private balcony that fills the room with natural sunlight from morning to evening — no need for artificial lighting during the day! • A fresh, modern setup — the entire apartment is newly renovated with brand-new fittings and furniture. • A peaceful and dedicated office space where you can comfortably focus on your work. 🛋️ Shared Spaces: The kitchen and living room are shared with other guests. The living area is designed with a minimalist and aesthetic vibe, perfect for relaxing, watching a movie, or enjoying conversations with fellow travelers. It is strictly prohibited inside the room or any indoor common space. If found, a fine will be charged based on the condition of the house. 4. No Loud Music – Please keep the noise level low to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. 5. Quiet Hours – We maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. Kindly be respectful of other guests and neighbors during this time. 6. Check-in & Check-out – Late check-in or check-out should be discussed in advance. 7. Personal Belongings – Guests are responsible for their own belongings when they leave. Please double-check before checking out. 8. Visitors Policy – No extra visitors are allowed. If you are expecting someone, please inform the host in advance and provide their valid ID for approval. 9. Parking – The property does not have dedicated parking, but free parking is available nearby. 10. No Lift Available – The apartment is located on the second floor, and you will need to use the stairs. 11. Common Building – This is a shared residential building, and each floor is independently occupied. While we ensure our space is clean, we are not responsible for the cleanliness of the common areas outside our property. If you notice anything outside that isn’t well-maintained, please understand that it is beyond our control and does not reflect the condition of our apartment. 12. Kindly note that both IDs cannot be local. One guest must have an outstation ID, while one local ID is acceptable. Please note: please provide your Valid IDs Before check-in.
