The apartment is located in the real hustle bustle of city. If you want to truly experience it, then go ahead and book the place. The place is located in South Delhi, near to Dr.Sunderlal Hospital. The place is also near to popular shopping mall Select City Walk (20 min) and DIPSAR college (15 min). There are abundant local shopping markets (3 min ) nearby to buy daily grocery & house needs. The apartment is on second floor and you will have access to the full apartment by yourself.

Its an independent apartment or popularly known as 1 Bedroom Hall Kitchen (BHK) apartment. The stairs to second floor are common to other residents. The bedroom comprises of a double queen sized bed. The apartment is on second floor, has a balcony and is spacious. There is a wooden cupboard in the bedroom to organize your clothing and other stuff For people planning for a long-term stay ( 28 days or more), we offer light cooking equipment however, you are always free to order the food from so many restaurants nearby.

All Guests will be required to sign a visitor register 4. No commercial activity can be carried out from residential premises 5. Please maintain peace as this is a residential premise. No loud music, no parties allowed. 6. Please ensure the number of guests is correctly mentioned prior to booking. Extra guest fees is Rs 500/night if changed later after checkin. 7. We do not allow visitors inside the building premises or for overnight stays. 8. If there has been damage we expect you to inform us in advance as a courtesy to the next guest and in order for us to fix/replace the damage. 9. Please note the guests booking should be the ones who are staying. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know in advance. 10. Should you plan to extend your stay beyond the checkout time for that day, you may do so by paying an additional 60% daily fee. This is subject to availability. 11. We charge an electricity fee @Rs 10/unit. Guests must share the electricity meter reading at the time of check-in using the Airbnb messenger app, else guests will be charged the last checkout reading from previous guests by default. 12. Early check-in is subject to availability. In possible we shall try to accommodate your request however, if you prefer no hassles, it is recommended to book a day in advance. 13. Guests should clean the used dishes by themselves or pay an additional cleaning fee to the housekeeper for cleaning and throw the trash in the trash bin before leaving. 14. Please note the house should be in the same condition and clean at the time of checkout as it is given to you at the time of check-in. 15. A security deposit of Rs 200/night times the number of nights, is to be made at least 48 hours before checkin, which shall be refunded after adjustment of electricity charges after checking out. By booking, you agree to adhere to all of the above guidelines.
