The apartment is located in the real hustle-bustle of city in South Delhi. If you want to truly experience it, then go ahead and book the place. The place is located near to Dr.Sunderlal Memorial Hospital. The place is also near to popular shopping mall like Select City Walk (20 min) and DIPSAR college (15 min). There are abundant local shopping markets (3 min ) nearby to buy daily grocery & house needs. It is located on a second floor. You will have access to the full apartment to yourself

The space

The entire apartment is for guests exclusive use. There is no sharing. It has 1 Bedroom, 1 Living Room, 1 Kitchen, 1 Bath and 1 Balcony. Please note it is located on the second floor and you must climb a few stairs to reach the apartment. Just at a walking distance of 5 minutes, you will find the hustle and bustle of India. You will experience how everything is so much disorganized yet so organized. You will find Domino's pizza, locals selling vegetables, dry cleaners, electronic stores, everything is there. If you prefer a more upscale shopping experience, take an auto or uber and head to Select city walk mall. It will take you about 10 to 12 minutes. You will find all the brands and American fast-food restaurants, movie halls. Please be careful of your belongings and wallet

- There may be some noise in day time like a passing bike or car as is in India. - We charge an additional fee of Rs 10/unit for electricity based on an actual basis. There is a meter outside the apartment. The average electricity bill for a month-long stay is generally between Rs 500 - Rs 1000 but varies on your usage. Please note the meter reading at check-in and share a pic via the Airbnb app. - We offer a 4G Wifi Hotspot that gives a standard internet speed anywhere in the range of 1Mbps - 8Mbps or more and 1Gb/day of data which is sufficient for browsing the internet, surfing videos on youtube, and attend calls/training like on zoom platform, Microsoft meetings, and other such software, however, internet speed is dependent on various factors such as weather conditions, government restrictions, etc. The wifi speed is on the best scenario basis and is not guaranteed. - Due to the corona pandemic situation, we don't offer towels anymore. - We offer two bottles of water at the first check-in. After that, you may please buy drinking water from local shops as tap water is not generally safe for drinking. You can get 5l , 10l or 20l bottles depending on the length of your stay. - Please note that there maybe power cuts at times. This generally happens when there is a load shedding or maintenance work requirement. This is beyond our control and we don’t have any power backups. We suggest you to carry power banks and keep your devices charged.

If there has been damage we expect you to inform us in advance as a courtesy to the next guest and in order for us to fix/replace the damage. 9. Please note the guests booking should be the ones who are staying. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know in advance. 10. Should you plan to extend your stay beyond the checkout time for that day, you may do so by paying an additional 60% daily fee. This is subject to availability. 11. We charge an electricity fee @ Rs 10/unit. Guests must share the electricity meter reading at the time of check-in using the Airbnb messenger app, else guests will be charged the last checkout reading from previous guests by default. 12. Early check-in is subject to availability. In possible we shall try to accommodate your request however, if you prefer no hassles, it is recommended to book a day in advance. 13. Guests should clean the used dishes by themselves or pay an additional cleaning fee to the housekeeper for cleaning and throw the trash in the trash bin before leaving. 14. Please note the house should be in the same condition and clean at the time of checkout as it is given to you at the time of check-in. 15. A security deposit of Rs 200/night times the number of nights, is to be made at least 48 hours before checkin, which shall be refunded after adjustment of electricity charges after checking out. By booking, you agree to adhere to all of the above guidelines.
