House Rules & Guest Guidelines – • Sleeping Setup: As in the photos, the “beds” means one comfy double bed —all yours, no sharing! • Neighborhood: We live in a friendly residential colony, so please keep it chill and don’t disturb neighbors. Please note that some amount of construction noise can be heard from Neighbouring house from 9:30am to 6pm. Evenings and nights are generally quiet. • Parking: Random parking = trouble 😅. Our staff will happily show you a safe spot—just ask! • Guest IDs: As per local authorities, we need valid IDs for all guests staying. Please have them handy at check-in. • Cellphone Coverage: signals can play hide-and-seek 🤳 depending on your provider (Jio and BSNL)( airtel is much better) We suggest turning on Wi-Fi calling with our network for smooth calls and work. • Traveler-Friendly Stay: We love travelers, but illegal stuff (parties, drugs, prostitution) is a strict no-no. Break the rule, and the authorities get a VIP invite from the cops🚨. • RO water refills are provided during the stay • kindly note that electrcity is charged separately @ 12rs per unit of usage. A seperate meter is installed for each apartment and readings are taken on check-in and checkout and difference is paid at checkout.
