The space
Located in a peaceful location. Subtle interiors and 24 hour caretaker who will be your "man Friday" for all your needs.Fully furnished cozy studio apartment located close the the Delhi International Airport. Located in a peaceful location minutes away from the leading shopping malls ( by car). The Studio is part of my 5 story building having my office and 4 studio apartments and one 2 BHK apartment. The guests have independent access and exclusive usage to all facilities except lift. Each Studio is a small cozy space with its own fully equipped ensuite kitchennete, bathroom with basic toiletries like hand wash. Guests are encouraged to use their own preferred brand of shampoo and body wash to avoid skin reactions. Local grocery shops down the lane have a variety of the same. The TV has a HDMI slot which guests can use to connect their gaming devices/ Firestick. We have a DTH connection with select English News, Hindi News, Hindi music, English music, English Movies, Hindi Movies channels. A 20Lt jar of filtered water is provided on each checkin and guests can order a refill from the local vendors @ nominal cost. The kitchen is also equipped with a LPG cylinder which is generally sufficient for a 20-30 day stay, for any refills, guests can ask for a refill @ actual costs from the caretaker.

House Rules & Guest Guidelines – • Sleeping Setup: As in the photos, the “beds” means one comfy double bed + extra mattresses for extra guests —all yours, no sharing! We provide basic hand wash and body wash only. Guests are advised to use their own preferred brands for sensitivity issues. • Neighborhood: We live in a friendly residential colony, so please keep it chill and don’t disturb neighbors. Please note that some amount of construction noise can be heard from Neighbouring house from 9:30am to 6pm. Evenings and nights are generally quiet. • Parking: Random parking = trouble 😅. Our staff will happily show you a safe spot—just ask! • Guest IDs: As per local authorities, we need valid IDs for all guests staying. Please have them handy at check-in. • Cellphone Coverage: signals can play hide-and-seek 🤳 depending on your provider (Jio and BSNL)( airtel is much better) We suggest turning on Wi-Fi calling with our network for smooth calls and work. • Traveler-Friendly Stay: We love travelers, but illegal stuff (parties, drugs, prostitution) is a strict no-no. Break the rule, and the authorities get a VIP invite 🚨. • Electricity: To keep our planet happy 🌱, electricity is charged at ₹12/unit. Meter readings at check-in/check-out. Pay at checkout—fair and square!
