The space

A beautiful 3bhk apartment on the 3rd floor with easy elevator access. All rooms are well appointed amenities that include 50+ inches of LED 4K TVs, Air Purifiers with heating, Alexa and much more. All rooms have attached washrooms and balconies/patio

Guest access

You will have access to the entire apartment that includes 3 ensuite rooms, a fully functional modular kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, a home gym, the terrace and a co-working space ment in the basement. Kindly Note: 1. The terrace is accessible in the mornings and evenings ( Timings: 6 am - 10 am and 6 pm - 10 pm) The Airbnb staff, any external staff or the host can access this space anytime between 6 am and 10 pm. 2. During your stay, you will get complimentary access to a co-working space between 9 am and 7 pm from Mon to Sat. The space must be used only for working or attending meetings. The open seating area is free to access but any meeting room or conference room needs to be reserved in advance ( ₹ 600 plus GST per hour ). Please reach the host for further details.

Use of drugs or any other banned substance is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate cancellation of the booking! 4. Please limit noise during quiet hours ( 11 pm to 7 am)! 5. Please take extra care of our white/ivory bed and bath linen! 6. Please turn off the lights, AC and geyser when stepping out! 7. Please wash the dishes after use and help keep the kitchen clean! 8. A maximum of 4 visitors are allowed to visit after 10 am and they must leave by 10 pm. Any visitor staying beyond 10 pm will be charged at INR 1000 per head. Any visitor staying beyond 12 am ( midnight) will be charged at INR 2500 per head. Visitors beyond the permitted number of 4 will be charged at INR 2000 per head from 10 am to 10 pm and INR 4000 per head after 10 pm Pls note: The CCTV footage from main door will be used to ascertain the visitor count and the entry/exit time. Imp Info 1. The standard check-in time is 2 pm onwards. Early check-in requests will be fulfilled subject to room availability. 2. Please use Gate no 2 to enter or exit the block between 10 PM and 5 AM. 3. There will be a security deposit of INR 10000 which will be released within 6 hours post check-out. It will be adjusted against any damages and/or additional guest/visitor charges.
