* Our property is not available for parties or friends gatherings. Please do not book if you are looking for the same. Entry will not be allowed and booking will be cancelled without refund. Visiting guests are not allowed during stay's without prior approval. * Unmarried Couples are welcome by providing valid ID (Local ID's are accepted). * All stags are not allowed. * There is a security deposit of Rs.15,000 payable upon arrival via UPI/Cash and will be refunded upon departure via the original mode of payment. In case of any damage at the property the amount will be deducted from the security deposit. * For foreign nationals, additional information will be required as per Government Guidelines. We need copy of passport, visa, 1 snapshot, details like permanent address, arriving from, next destination, etc. (Please read other things to note section of the listing to learn about Form C guidelines). Failure to provide necessary information will lead to cancellation without refund * All guests would be required to sign a Check In / Short-term license agreement at each check-in. This is for local compliance. * Please take care of your belongings and items. We will not be held responsible in case of any loss due to the personal belongings of the guests. * Late check-in / early check-out will be subject to availability and will involve extra charges explained in the listing description. * This is a quiet stay property. Music is strictly prohibited. This is a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood *Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas and can attract a fine of up to Rs. 5,000 per default. However, you are welcome to smoke outdoors in the Patio. * We have a zero-tolerance policy towards possession or consumption of drugs * Pets are not allowed at this property * Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible. * We will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the property's facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises at any time * Right to admission: Our team will have the right to enter the property for periodic inspection and checking. Guests should not refuse access to our team members when requested. We do not wish to invade your privacy, however, we need access sometimes to keep things functioning smoothly. We will make the necessary appointment via text/call before visiting the property. * Right to refusal: We have the right to refuse deny alter or cancel the booking in the event the guests fail to provide the necessary paperwork or break / do not follow any of the house rules mentioned above. * By making the booking, we will assume 100% acceptance of the items mentioned under the relevant sections in the listing description as well as the house rules.
