Budget option for a double bedroom in a wonderfully centrally located B&B (The Shire), with shared access to the bathroom (with one other room); a beautiful patio with alfresco dining. Pippin is small, cute and comfortable! "We are sitting on a field of victory enjoying a few well-earned comforts."

The Shire is an odd unit of three independent bedrooms, of which Pippin is one. There is no living room, so the rooms don't share any space except the kitchen. backyard and bathroom are both shared with one other room
