No parties/get together of any kind or visitors/friends of guests allowed. AC runs in preset/fixed temprature. Guests may drop off luggage as per the availability. Early checkin/late checkout is subject to availability and charges may apply. Living room is not airconditioned. Cleaning is charged nominal @200rs per visit, if required. Extra mattress for 3rd guest is charged @1285 per night. TV has no dth, may connect ur laptop to stream through supplied hdmi, Firestick/OTT available @150 rs per night, if required. (All above charges are optional to keep the travel cost economical. For monthly stays Gas, wifi, AC charges may be applicable. Not worth bothering water motor runs in bathroom from 2-6am, intermittently. Rooms are allotted as per guest count i.e. 1 room for upto 3 guest's booking, 2 rooms for booking of 4-6 guests & 3 rooms if more than 6 guests are booked. To abide by rules/guidelines applied by Govt of India for domestic/ international travel guests to produce ID before arrival.
