The space

A more than modest Vingate home close to city centre can be “a perfect base for exploring New Delhi”. Our home is a 3BHK located at ground floor. Each room is a large spacious room (RARE FEATURE IN NEW DELHI) & has a private ensuite bathroom. Guests love the Big rooms with big windows and natural daylight, peace and calmness of the property. Relax in the tastefully furnished living area which features a cozy cane sofa and a flat screen TV. Lane has trees which gives it a flavor of being in a nature's retreat. You can hear chirping of the birds not only in the morning but also throughout the day. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, wifi in the house. Room may accomodate 3rd guest on floor mattress. This home is located on a quiet street in the South extension II neighborhood, within walking distance of restaurants, the metro, bespoke designer stores, galleries, two parks, cafes, a supermarket, and organic food markets. We have street parking, recommend you use Uber, or walk, it is a great neighborhood to get to know on foot.

Guest access

Your access will be: a fully equipped kitchen, a large bright living room with balcony. Our caretaker usually meets and greets guests and is generally available at the property, subject to his availability. His primary role is to look after the property and provide basic stay-related assistance. As we are a homestay and not a hotel, he is not a designated cook, luggage bellboy, or room attendant, and hotel-style services are not included. If he happens to be available during your stay, he may, at his discretion, help with simple meals as a goodwill gesture (guests are required to procure groceries and other consumables at their own expense) and extend any other genuine basic assistance where possible. We are sure you will find him friendly and helpful.
