" A Non Smoking Home Stay The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is a card access elevator. Someone will be there to help with bags if requested. This is a peaceful family neighborhood and we expect you to maintain a noise level that would not affect others. We request no outside shoes be worn inside the house. There will be house slippers provided for each guest once they enter the apartment. No smoking inside. However you can smoke in the balcony with the doors and windows closed so the smoke does not enter the apartment. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR PARTIES OR GET-TOGETHERS. Please check with host before directly booking in case of any questions or concerns. No recreational drugs, prostitution or illegal activity allowed. We love this place and will maintain the sanctity of the environment . Otherwise enjoy the place-- we love it and hope you do to.
