Guest access

Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment booked by them on the second floor. The home is not rented room-wise and will not be shared with any other guests. For smaller group bookings, bedroom preparation may be aligned with guest count under occupancy-based pricing, while the apartment remains fully private to one reservation. Please note: • The parking driveway is reserved for the building owners and is not part of guest access. • The ground and first floors are occupied by the property owners, while another private residence is on the upper floor. The residential setting is one of the reasons the home remains peaceful, secure and well maintained.

• This is a private residential home, not a hotel. We focus on comfort, cleanliness and thoughtful hosting. • The property is best suited for families, medical travelers, corporate groups, expat and NRI stays. • It is not suitable for parties, wedding-related hosting or high-footfall social gatherings. • Electricity usage up to stipulated fair-use limits is included (60 units per day complimentary and additional units will be charged at Rs.10 per unit). Excess consumption, where applicable, may be billed separately. • The elevator does not operate during rare power failures, as there is no backup for elevator service. • A security guard manages building entry/exit. • No caretaker resides inside the apartment, but our operations team remains available when needed.
