1. We request you to keep the main door closed at all times and to maintain the decorum of the building outside the unit. You are free to do as you please within the premises of the unit. 2. Please don’t park any cars outside the gate of the building, even temporarily. 3. We have space for 1 car parking available inside the property 4. However Please ensure that there are no BBQs or Tandoors being brought in. Any fire hazard is restricted. 5. Please ensure that your booking is made as per the maximum number of guests you’re expecting. We are comfortable hosting groups but the same needs to be mentioned before check in. In case of additional guests beyond the number of people booked for, it is chargeable at 700/- per head. 6. A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is applicable for all bookings. This can be conveniently handed over in cash to the caretaker at check-in. The full amount will be returned once the caretaker has completed a quick property check at checkout, as outlined in your confirmation message—regardless of the time of departure. 7. We already have a 400 Watt Professional Music System installed at the property, to which the sound proofing acoustics have been engineered. Thus, no additional speakers are allowed / required. 8. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that beverages, glassware, or smoking be avoided in the common areas of the building (including the staircase, parking, and lift). This helps ensure a pleasant environment and avoids any inconvenience to other residents. 9. We do our best to keep the home fresh and welcoming for every guest. If any situations arise that require deep cleaning (such as vomit, stains, excessive garbage), an additional cleaning fee may apply to ensure the space is comfortable for future guests.
