Sunny6: big & bright! GK2 duplex

Sunny-6 is a well ventilated, centrally located Duplex apartment, set up to receive both long & short term guests. The 1st floor has the living room, a bedroom with an attached bath, and a really tiny room in the balcony converted with a queen bed, and small bath. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. You'll find everything you need from laundry to home cooked meals here. It's a 3 minute walk to GK-2 M Block market, which has some of the city's best F&B options. (See you!) :)

The space

It's a first + second floor Duplex apartment in an old building with two wings. Two well sized bedrooms come with attached baths, and two bedrooms share one bath between them. The fifth room is a tiny room in the balcony fitted with a queen bed for extra guests. All the rooms are fitted with TVs. We like to believe the flat is thoughtfully appointed, there's a tea & coffee corner, some cute reading nooks, towels, linen, blankets and everything one typically needs for stays. to note: one out of the five bedrooms is a utility room that is converted (Pic ref: veranda). it's tiny, as is the bathroom dedicated to it, and attached to the balcony. this is really to accommodate your extra guests, so please factor that in.

Guest access

The entire flat is set up for guest use. please treat it like it's yours. To note: There is no parking on the street of the house. people who are driving down, please consider this before booking: you might have to park on the street perpendicular to the house street ( within a minute's walk). Gk 2 is tight on street parking, and having a chauffeur will be super helpful. (or choosing Ubers, better still)

Other things to note

Please don't throw parties! If you'd like to book a room or two only, that's okay too! reach out so I can guide you through that:) There are monkeys in the neighbourhood sometimes, so please err on the side of caution and keep the balcony door shut.
