    1.We request you to keep the main door closed at all times and to maintain the decorum of the building outside the unit. You are free to do as you please within the premises of the unit. 2. Please don't park any cars outside the gate of the building, even temporarily. 3. We have no car parking available inside the property. If you have cars coming, please ensure you have a driver or you can park in the near by ground. The caretaker will assist you. 4. We are comfortable with caterers and / or bartenders being hired for your booking. However please ensure that there are no BBQs or Tandoors being brought in. Any fire hazard is restricted. 5. Please ensure that your booking is made as per the maximum number of guests you're expecting. We are comfortable hosting groups but the same needs to be mentioned before check in. In case of additional guests beyond the number of people booked for, it is chargeable at 1000/- per head. 6. Please note that a Refundable Security Deposit of 5,000/- is applicable for every booking. This can be paid in cash to the caretaker and collected at the time of checking out as well. 7. Loud music is an issue rest everything is fine.
