This unit is part of our 5 storied independent building housing more of such units owned and operated by us. All units are independent and no sharing of any spaces except for the stairs and lift is there. This particular unit doesnt have its own washing machine, but guests can place a request to use our common washing machine on the terrace

House Rules & Guest Guidelines – • Sleeping Setup: As in the photos, the “beds” means one comfy double bed + extra mattresses for extra guests —all yours, no sharing! • Basement Studio: This is a basement unit, so no balcony. There’s a light well that lets in some natural light 🌤—cozy and private! You would need to take 15 steps to reach the unit. • Quiet Neighborhood: We live in a friendly residential colony, so please keep it chill and don’t disturb neighbors. • Parking: Random parking = trouble 😅. Our staff will happily show you a safe spot—just ask! • Guest IDs: As per local authorities, we need valid IDs for all guests staying. Please have them handy at check-in. • Cellphone Coverage: Being in the basement, signals can play hide-and-seek 🤳 depending on your provider(airtel seems ok for now). We suggest turning on Wi-Fi calling with our network for smooth calls and work. • Traveler-Friendly Stay: We love travelers, but illegal stuff (parties, drugs, prostitution) is a strict no-no. Break the rule, and the authorities get a VIP invite 🚨. • Electricity: To keep our planet happy 🌱, electricity is charged at ₹12/unit. Meter readings at check-in/check-out.
