The space

The property is in a green neighbourhood, surrounded by beautiful parks. The premises are spacious , natural light streaming in . Simple and practical. 1 bedroom, ( attached , private washroom), with 1 queen bed. Currently, there may be a construction outside in the neighbourhood.

Guest access

Guest Access: Guests have access to the bedroom as shown in the listing. Smoking allowed in the balcony. Strictly no smoking within the bedroom . The guests have access to a private sit-out area, a comfortable bedroom. A balcony sit out area with a view of an expanse of tree tops. Seems like a Tree Top house.

During your stay

Interacting with the guests …yes …. within a reasonable time frame…..and messaging/ interacting for guests who need guidance. Guest Policy: Only booked guests listed in the original booking are permitted. All delivery service will be handled by the guest on the main gate. We do not allow strangers inside the premises. Gate is secured at 10.30 pm , ( flexible for arrivals/ departures). Id Requirement : As per Delhi regulations, only non- Delhi booking requests will be accepted.

Other Things to note: There are no AC charges . Mindful usage is requested. Any wastage will be charged at ₹ 200/ per day . We are a Homestay, kindly be careful with all utilities. Pay attention to the Description/Amenities/ Reviews/ House rules. We love to welcome guests who introduce themselves in the Enquiry Request and define the purpose of the stay, and the number of guests ( 1 or 2) to be confirmed. Air Purifier & Heater: For added comfort, we offer an oil heater at ₹300 per day and a Philips air purifier at ₹250 per day. Please let us know if you’d like to use them during your stay. No direct bookings : Please do not ask us to book directly. Our Airbnb rates have been discounted to give you the best price here. We want All bookings to go via Airbnb. Breakfast and Meals : A home made breakfast is available at a nominal charge, on a prior request , served at 9 am/ 9.30 am. Cleaning Service : Housekeeping is done every 3 days . Extra cleaning session can be arranged for a nominal additional charge. Laundry Service: The contact number of Laundry Service will be provided ( direct payment basis). Security Surveillance: Cameras (CCTV) are installed in the exterior gates , elevator entrance, main door entrance , exteriors only. Elevator and Stairs access: Elevator is available 24x7 ( except when routine servicing is scheduled.). The stairs are well lit . Parking : Car Parking is free of charge , stilt parking area . Kindly check in advance on availability. Parking , at owner’s risk. Respect for the Property: Please treat our Home with care and respect. Any damage due to negligence will be charged.
