About this place
Tiny, as the name suggests, is a cute small room in a large Duplex apartment with four other bedrooms. It is right next to the balcony of the apartment, comes with a small queen bed, some mood lighting, some natural light, an AC and a fitted TV. The room's bathroom is private and dedicated, not attached. Residents of Tiny have shared access to the living room, dining & kitchen, of course! The Duplex is located at a 3 minute walking distance from GK-2 M Block market!
The space
The room is a utility space converted into a small double bedroom, with all the necessary comforts (TV, AC, plush bedding). It allows for people on a budget to live in a convenient location in SouthDelhi and provides you a place to come home to sleep after a day of exploration around Delhi. The room has two windows for ventilation and comes with a dedicated small bathroom for your hot shower.
Guest access
Guests can access all common spaces in the flat. Please be mindful that you will be sharing space with other guests, so a little consideration goes a long long way. To note: There is no parking on the street of the house. people who are driving down, please consider this before booking: you might have to park on the street perpendicular to the house street ( within a minute's walk). Gk 2 is tight on street parking, and having a chauffeur will be super helpful. (or choosing Ubers, better still)

Please smoke in the balcony only. Please don't have guests/ get togethers / parties. The living room AC is not included in the tariff, and will be charged at INR 500/ day if used.
