Smoking is permitted only in the balcony. No visitors without prior host approval. No drugs, illegal activities, or prostitution are allowed. A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests before arrival. Foreign nationals must provide details required for FRRO registration. Ideal for families, business groups, and travelers. NOTE: THE MAID SERVICE PROVIDED INCLUDES ONLY BASIC CLEANING AND DISHWASHING. ANY ADDITIONAL TASKS REQUESTED BEYOND THESE SERVICES WILL INCUR EXTRA CHARGES, PAYABLE DIRECTLY BY THE GUEST. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAID VISITS THE PROPERTY ONLY ONCE A DAY; ANY ADDITIONAL VISITS WILL ATTRACT AN EXTRA SERVICE FEE. HEATER IS BEING PROVIDED ONLY ON REQUEST BASIS IN ADVANCE. ⚠️ Safety & Appliance Use Please avoid running ACs and other appliances continuously to prevent breakdowns. Do not use heaters for long periods in closed rooms (risk of suffocation). Avoid sitting directly in front of heaters or moving them when hot.
