"Please note that the society uses recycled water in the flush (WC) as part of an eco-friendly initiative to promote the responsible use of natural resources. As a result, the water in the commode may appear slightly discolored, but rest assured it is treated and safe for this intended purpose." Our privately-owned compact studio apartment is not intended for parties or hotel-like services. Therefore, guests should not anticipate such amenities. Additional charges for extra services, if required: 1) Should guests require an extra complete set (i.e., 1 bedsheet, 2 sets of towels, 2 extra quilt covers, and 2 pillow covers), a fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged in advance upon guest request. These charges are optional. 2) If guests require cleaning services, a maid will be provided to perform tasks such as utensil cleaning and mopping throughout the entire apartment, charging Rs. 150/-. These charges are optional. 3) For late check-in: - Between 6 pm to 8 pm: INR 500/- - Between 10 pm to 12 pm: INR 750/- Note: Guests must inform us in advance to arrange any extra services.
