Bonfire available on demand as per the availability and charges will be applicable rs 1000/- includes (Tasla and 10kg wood) if want to refill wood again 5kg 500 rupees. 1. Extra Guest and Visitor charges 560/- per head pay before property check in. 2. Check in time: - 03:00 Pm and check out time: - 11:00 Am. 3. Early Check in / Late Check out can be provided only if we do not have a booking the previous day (before check in) / or if we do not have a booking (after check out). Early Check in / Late Check out charges will be applicable at Rs. 1000/- per hour. 4. The outside music system is strictly not allowed in the property. 5. Smoking, Eating, Drinking and Glass items are not used inside the Swimming pool. (If the swimming pool is found is dirty and any glass item guests are liable to pay as per the management decision.) 6. If Laundry will found In dirty condition Like any type of stain will be charged as per actual cost 7. Loud Music and hooting strictly not allowed after 10 Pm. 8. Govt. Address Proof (Aadhar Card/ Driving License/ Passport) along with Mobile no. Of each guest to be registered before property check-in. Without id card check in will be not allowed in property. 9. If any damage and loss found will be charged as per management decision. 10. Please keep our room secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the property. 11. we are not responsible for loss of or damage to any of the customer's personal items. 12. The use of Illegal substances or Drugs is strictly prohibited 13. No firearms or other dangerous weapons are allowed on this property. 14. You want to consume alcohol you have to show a liquor licence before check-in. then we allow you to check in. 15. Legal compliance (Form C/FRRO): This property is not registered to submit Form C (FRRO). Therefore, we’re unable to host guests holding a non-Indian passport. If booked incorrectly, we may be required to cancel to comply with local regulations. 16.
