There are few details which are important to know before you proceed with the booking. This is a bungalow with 3 apartments on different floors. (Dont worry about the luggage, our staff will help you get that to the place) *As per Airbnb policy, please book with the exact count of guests (irrespective of their stay)* The price includes max of 16 guests, but if you have more than that, please note they are charged at ₹600/person/night. We understand if you have a long stay then cleaning of the house is important, so we have a caretaker who drops by every morning b/w 11am-12pm. He will take care of brooming and mopping once in a day. But if you go for extra cleaning i.e. dish washing/bathroom cleaning then the caretaker charges extra: Dishes: ₹100/day Per Bathrooms: ₹200/day Incase of shoots/events/filming, we charge an extra fee of 15k/day (Non Negotiable). We charge a small Refundable Security Deposit of ₹10000/- on each booking This deposit is to ensure that there is no damage/spillage/unnecessary cleaning/smoke odour/late check outs in the property. We strongly follow this policy and highly recommend to follow the above statement as we feel immense sadness to deduct from the security deposit! (All the extra collected amount(if any), is distributed among the cleaning staff of our property)

We have a very peaceful neighbourhood and we highly appreciate if guests maintain a considerate noise level and refrain from causing any disturbances to the neighbours. • Incase of Foreign Residents, mandatory Form C will be required to fill as per government regulations and policy. Kindly get in touch with us for the same. • No visitors allowed • No use of nails/threads/confettis/single sides tapes for decoration is allowed. You can use balloons on the floor only! • The main gate of the property closes after 11pm, kindly make your arrangements that way (if you are expecting to visit late, kindly let us know well in advance) • We charge a small Refundable Security Deposit of ₹10000/- with every booking • Incase of shoots/events/filming, we charge an extra fee of 15k/day (Non Negotiable). • We charge ₹2000/hr incases of early check in or late check out • Pornography or obscenity is strictly prohibited on the premises. Please adhere to this policy in a formal manner. • Strict Silent zone post 10pm (no noise or music since its a quiet neighbourhood) • Smoking can only be done in open areas like balconies.
