Welcome to our cozy 1 BHK Boho-themed apartment, perfect for long-term stays! Located on the ground floor of a charming independent house, this beautifully designed space offers a warm, minimalistic vibe with a cozy atmosphere. The bedroom is spacious and serene with an attached washroom, while the inviting living area is perfect for unwinding after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your cooking needs, making it feel like a true home away from home. Best suited for working professionals and office delegates on business trips, this peaceful apartment offers a productive environment in a quiet neighborhood. Whether you’re here for a short getaway or an extended stay, we provide everything you need to make your time comfortable and stress-free. We look forward to hosting you! You will probably find few stains on the floor of the apartment which are permanent and wont get cleaned by any formula. We request guests to not see that as a dirty floor/uncleaned floor.

Other things to note

There are few details which are important to know before you proceed with the booking. This apartment is in a bunglow on ground floor. *As per Airbnb policy, please book with the exact count of guests (irrespective of their stay)* We understand if you have a long stay then cleaning of the house is important, so we have a caretaker who drops by every morning b/w 9am-12pm. He will take care of brooming and mopping once in a day. But if you go for extra cleaning i.e. dish washing/bathroom cleaning then the caretaker charges extra: Dishes: ₹100/cleaning Bathroom: ₹200/cleaning We charge a small Refundable Security Deposit of ₹1000/- with every booking. This deposit is to ensure that there is no damage/spillage/unnecessary cleaning/smoke odour/late check outs in the property. We strongly follow this policy and highly recommend to follow the above statement as we feel immense sadness to deduct from the security deposit! (All the extra collected amount(if any), is distributed among the cleaning staff of our property) We have an inverter for power back, which is sufficient for lights and fans for the time being!
