Whether you are visiting with family, hosting relatives, or travelling as a group, this home is designed to make your stay smooth and comfortable. - Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: One king size bed with an additional floor mattress Bedroom 2: One king size bed with an additional floor mattress Bedroom 3: One king size bed with an additional floor mattress -Additional floor mattresses can be provided for larger groups (more than 6) to ensure everyone sleeps comfortably without overcrowding. - The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area of Noida with easy access to main roads and daily conveniences. Food delivery, cabs, and essential services are easily available, making your stay hassle free and well connected.

Our staff will happily assist with luggage. • As per Airbnb policy, please book with the exact number of guests, including anyone who may visit. • For longer stays, a caretaker visits daily between 11 am and 12 pm for basic brooming and mopping. Extra cleaning services are available on request: Dishes ₹100 per day Bathroom cleaning ₹200 per bathroom • A refundable security deposit of ₹2000 is collected per booking. This is only to cover any damage, excessive cleaning, smoke odour, or late checkouts. Any deductions, if required, are shared directly with our cleaning staff. We truly hope this deposit is returned in full and appreciate your cooperation.

Please feel free to reach out to us and we will happily assist with the process. • Visitors are welcome only with prior information & extra charges of ₹600/person so we can ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone. • To help us maintain the property, decorations using nails, threads, confetti, party poppers, or any type of tape are not permitted. Balloons may be placed on the floor only. A penalty of ₹1000 will be applicable if any decoration guideline is violated. • Shoots, events, or filming are allowed only with prior discussion and incur an additional charge of ₹5000 per day. • A refundable security deposit of ₹2000 is applicable to every booking. This is to cover any damage, excessive cleaning, smoke odour, or late checkouts. We always hope to return it in full. • Early check in or late check out may be arranged subject to availability and is charged at ₹500 per hour. • We kindly request guests to avoid any form of obscene or inappropriate content within the premises. • Smoking is permitted only in open areas or balconies. Smoking inside the apartment, finding cigarette butts, or smoke odour will attract a penalty of ₹1000. • We would appreciate it if all trash is kept together in one corner to help our staff with efficient cleaning.
