The space

The first floor of the house offers a fully private and luxurious apartment. It features three restful bedrooms and a tastefully furnished family lounge, providing an ideal space for relaxation and socializing. Two master bedrooms and one additional bedroom are equipped with high-definition Smart LED TVs, including Tata Sky, allowing guests to enjoy Netflix and other streaming services. There is arrangement for complimentary Tea, Coffee, Maggie. There is a full functional kitchen with a microwave oven, pop-up toaster, electric kettle, gas stove etc. giving you the full cooking option essential for longer stays. Cooking basics like salt, pepper and oil are available. The 3 bathrooms are hygienic, spacious with hot/cold water facility . A fully Automatic Samsung Washing Machine is installed for your convenience along with, Clothes Drying Stand, Ironing table and Electric Steam Iron. The furniture is a blend of traditional and contemporary. The apartment is built over 3000sqft so you have AMPLE space for your group/family. Effortless Check In with Smart Lock. 3 Bed Rooms have relaxing Double Beds and attached bathrooms. There is a balcony outside each bedroom The Family Lounge has an elegant Sofa where the whole group can lounge together. Life lives In the Living Room. Clean set of Linen, Towels , Quilts (with covers)are provided. All Bed Rooms have Air Conditioners for summer and Blower Heaters for winter. There is a spacious dining area in the living room with a Large Dining Table and Six Comfortable Dining Chairs. A Fully Automatic Samsung Washing Machine is installed for your use so you can travel light. A fridge is available for stocking of food and raw materials. The Kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook your own meals comfortably using the cooking utensils provided including Pressure Cooker. However if you need anything else just call us on the phone provided. All bathrooms and Kitchen have hot water heaters. You need to switch them on at least for 1 hour before enjoying your hot shower. There are glasses, cup saucers, cutlery , serving dishes for 8 persons. Free Teabags, Sugar, Milk Sachets, Coffee sachets are provided by us. Cleaning Soap, Gel. Handwash are provided on arrival & refilled as and whenever you ask. You can order home made veg food, Lunch and Dinner for Rs 350 per meal. The Separate Stylish Apartment is located on the First Floor. There is no restricted space. The other apartments on the Ground, Second and Third Floors are the private property of their residents. The space inside the apartment is available for you entirely. You may use all the 3 Balconies for enjoying a smoke. Hey! If you want to accommodate more guests please do message us.

Other things to note

We can provide Vegetarian/Egg meals @ Rs. 350/person per meal for Lunch/Dinner. Kindly help conserve electricity to 40 Units per day. If excess kindly pay Rs 10 per unit extra. No Weapons Of Any Kind Are Allowed. No Banned Drugs Or Substances. All Visitors To leave By 9pm. Hookah is not allowed. Neighbours should not be disturbed. Any nuisance of any kind will not be tolerated. Please treat the apartment like your own and we shall be ever thankful for that.
