The space

Aranya is a two-bedroom heritage farmhouse set within CK Atmos Breathe — an 85-acre managed-farmland community framed by a lake and a 3,000-acre reserve forest, on the south side of Hyderabad✨ Arrive along a stone-paved pathway flanked by sandstone temple elephants. Step into a high-ceilinged living room with carved teak beams, Pattachitra leaves and Madhubani trees on lime-washed walls, and cool Kota-stone floors underfoot — regal and grounded in the same breath.🎍 Every room is curated, not styled. A blue-painted Rajasthani trunk at the foot of the bed. An Anglo-Indian writing bureau by a sunlit window. Mughal floral murals above the daybed. Brass sconces, kantha-patched cushions, and farm views from every window. The home sleeps up to 10 across two bedrooms — a king with two floor mattresses, and a queen with two floor mattresses — making it as well-suited to a multi-generation family weekend as to a small celebration with close friends. Three bathrooms keep mornings unhurried. Outside, guests have shared access to the community's stunning pool 🏊‍♀️— glass railings, sun loungers and parasols by day, a lit-up oasis after dusk. Wind down around the open-air fire pit in the garden, fire up the BBQ for a feast under the stars, or take an early walk along the lake at the edge of the property. Aranya is a reconnection with land, craft, and quiet — just past the airport, just beyond the city.🌃

Guest access

Guests have full private access to the two-bedroom farmhouse, garden, BBQ, and fire pit. The community pool, sun-lounger deck, and walking paths are shared with other community residents and guests. The pool is open daily from 6 AM to 9 PM. Just a friendly note that the pool is shared However, if you’d like to enjoy it privately with your family or group, simply let us know 12–16 hours before your check-in, and we’ll be happy to arrange a private pool setup for you, subject to availability. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and would love to help make your experience extra special! ✨

Location: Pulimamidi, Maheshwaram — 25 minutes from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), 60–80 minutes from Banjara Hills / Jubilee Hills, and 70–90 minutes from HITEC City / Gachibowli (off-peak). Best for: Families with kids, multi-generational stays, small friend groups, intimate celebrations, NRIs flying in or out, and anyone wanting a quiet heritage escape close to the airport. House rules: No loud music after 9 PM (community rule). No commercial events, weddings, or large pool parties. Smoking outdoors only. Pets: On request — please message us before booking.
