About this place
Enjoy private family/friends gatherings in a lush green 2 acre Farm. Bunglow offers 3 luxury bedrooms with attached bathrooms on first floor (level 1). Guests has separate entry to the bungalow
The space
Tellus farm is a 2 acre farm in idyllic settings in the lap of nature about 30 minutes drive from Vatika Chowk Gurugram. It can also be accessed from Noida , Faridabad, and south Delhi via Faridabad and pali route. The property consists of 3 bedrooms with an attached dressing room with wardrobes and attached toilets .There is a spacious lounge and sitting room with the attached kitchenette . Microwave , fridge , RO , cooking gas, and toaster are provided. There are facilities for playing badminton , cricket , carrom board, and other board games . The guests have access to the first floor property and can also enjoy the entire 2 acre farm environment in a quiet manner . Farm has about 60 fruit trees, which include mangoes , papaya, Kinu , Chiku , orange , guava , Ber, Amla , banana , custard apple, etc . In the other half of the farm, farming is done, and seasonal vegetables and crops like mustard , wheat, etc. are grown. Spacious, roomy rooms, with balcony, lawn and swimming pool views. Please carry a mosquito repellant gel/cream with you as its a green tropical farm stay :) Please go through listing description and our Airbnb 5 star rating criteria before sending a booking request. 5 stars means property matches listing description.

Guests are allowed in the rooms, outside area . Ground floor is not accessible to guests. Consumables of any kind are NOT provided. Pool dimensions 32*25 feet, 4 feet deep. soft music and conversations allowed outdoors post 10 pm.
Other things to note
Some do’s and do not's Smoking is allowed but preferable in open spaces . Own alcohol is allowed . Substance abuse is strictly forbidden Very loud music disturbing the environment is discouraged Food is not provided. However, can be ordered from a nearby hotel . Our caretaker Gaya Prasad can assist in that . There is a small kitchenette with fridge , microwave , gas cooking, toaster , tea kettle etc., where self arrangements can be done . An invertor backup for light and fan is provided in case of electric cuts . In exceptional situations, generator backup is also provided . No abuse whatsoever of any kind at any time. No music outdoors/near pool during quiet hours. No AC access/usage in cold months- 15th Oct to 15th March Vomit stains/Bodily fulids, if any, have to be immediately cleaned up by guests. You've to clean up after your pet's dropping immediately. Vomit/Pet droppings if found would attract one day apartment fare over and above house rule violation fine Fine of Rs. 10000 on violation of any house rule, for each instance. There is a possibility of mosquitoes and house lizards, as we're in a tropical setting. it's always recommended to carry a mosquito repellent along. power back up for AC is provided complimentary for an hour, post that it's Rs. 800 per hour. inverter power back up is complimentary.

For care taker errands - 100 Rs up to 5 km and 200 for upto 10 km will be adjusted from the security deposit. It is not just a guest house but a full farm experience over 2 Acres where you can unwind yourself . You can swim in a 32 feet by 20 feet swimming pool , play cricket , badminton or take walks around the farm and enjoy nature . This is not a hotel. 1)There is provision of microwave , gas , toaster , tea kettle for self cooking. 2 ) Our caretaker can make breakfast on prior intimation Rates Paratha Rs 50 each Curd Rs 40 each Tea Rs 20 each 3) Dinner can be ordered from a nearby hotel/dhabas. Delivery charges are applicable per order and orders have to be given before 7.30 pm for dinner 4) Farm has more than 15 varities of fruit trees including Mangoes, Kinu , Nimbu , Guava , Cheeku , Seetaphal , Bananas , Mulberry , Anjeer , Phalsa , Amla , Ber etc . Plucking of fruits and vegetables are strictly prohibited . 5) Any property damages will be charged 6) Free wifi is available for the guests Yash 5G and Yash 4G . password would be shared at property.. Outdoors Yash 4G works 7) Farm has a invertor and generator back up . However occasionally in times of power cuts / Genset running Airconditioners may not give optimum cooling . 8) Swimming pool is open for all guests . However please keep it clean . Light music is fine however please don’t play very loud music as it disturbs surrounding villagers and also the natural habitat of the farm 9) Donot miss out on exotic variety of different birds who are a part of natural habitat of the farm 10) Towels and toiletries are not provided. Please carry your own.
