HOUSE RULES To ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay, we kindly request your cooperation with the following house guidelines. * Maximum occupancy limits must be respected. Additional guests require prior approval. * Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for every guest at check-in. * Check-in is from *2:00 PM, and check-out is by **11:00 AM*. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. * Daily housekeeping is provided and forms part of the villa experience. We appreciate your cooperation during scheduled cleaning hours. * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may use designated outdoor smoking areas. * Pets are welcome at Serenica. We simply ask owners to ensure their companions are supervised and that the property is kept clean throughout the stay. * Please maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, in consideration of the peaceful neighborhood. * Guests are welcome to prepare meals in the kitchen or request chef services with prior notice. * Kindly lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the villa. While the property is secure, management cannot be held responsible for lost or unattended belongings. * Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
