The space

Welcome to The Olive Grove Retreat, a spacious 4-bedroom villa in Hyderabad where the pace naturally slows down. Whether you're planning a family weekend, a friends' getaway, a celebration or simply a break from the city, this home gives you room to relax, eat, play and spend time together. With a private outdoor pool, garden, comfortable living spaces, indoor and outdoor games, a kitchen, BBQ facilities and a complimentary bonfire, the villa is designed around one simple idea: good company deserves a good space. The villa can accommodate up to 22 guests, with a base occupancy of 10. Spacious Living Area The living room is a comfortable gathering space where everyone can come together after a swim, enjoy conversations, play games or simply put their feet up. The villa also features air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers, making the indoor spaces comfortable throughout the day. Whether it's a relaxed afternoon or a lively evening with friends, there is plenty of space to settle in. Modern Kitchen The villa includes a guest-accessible kitchen designed for light cooking and convenient meal preparation. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery suitable for approximately 6–10 people. Please note: Cooking is intended for light cooking, rather than elaborate or heavy meal preparation. Comfortable Bedrooms The villa has 4 bedrooms, spread across the ground and first floors.
