The best part of our cottage is the fresh, homely food prepared to your liking. Nestled on a 2-acre property, you can enjoy stunning garden and valley views, all within the charm of our wooden interior. Surrounded by picturesque apple orchards, the setting is perfect for relaxation. Food charges are Rs. 500 per person per day, which includes breakfast and dinner for adults. For children up to 10 years old, the rate is Rs. 300 per day, including breakfast and dinner. Food will be homely made in local cuisine. Pets are allowed at the property but will stay in a designated area. we can provide bonfire at 1000/-. Please note that this is a homestay, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel-type facilities and amenities. In the end, you'll feel right at home and fall in love with our delicious, homely meals made by our property caretaker.

Please do not expect hotel kind of services at the property. We focus on cleanliness, good quality well maintained linen, and homely comfort for our guests. Since the property is a farm house near to the nature, there are natural wild creatures and insects which live in the vicinity, however they do not harm humans if not disturbed property. 2. Reservation/Booking of the Property is Non Transferable. 3. Room Cleaning done every day on request / Change of Linen done every 3 days for long stays. 4. Kindly take permission before Inviting Guests and there will be Extra charges for Visitors. 5. Please inform the caretaker the previous day about your breakfast preference if any & time you would like to have it. 6. You can ask the Caretaker for WiFi user id & Password. 7. Our CHECK IN Time 2:00 P.M. CHECK OUT Time 11 am. 8. All payments are to be made in advance at the time of CHECK IN. 9. Mandatory to share valid Government ID’s of all the guests staying at the property 1 day before check in at our company email id and showing the physical IDs at the time of check in Without prior ID and guest count, the property caretaker management can refuse / deny access to certain guests. 10. In case of damage to Equipment, Goods, Crockery, Linen, Towels etc. to be paid by the Guest on Cost Price. 11. Please take care or your personal belongings. We are not responsible for loss or damage if any. The Management will not, in anyway whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of residents goods or any other property entrusted to the management or for damage thereof whether due to neglect of property caretaker or its agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage. 12. Payments accepted through Paytm, Gpay, Bank Transfer. 13. Outdoor music allowed till 10:00 PM after that you can either switch to low volume or move indoors. (Followed As per Government rules) 14. Kindly take prior permission before inviting extra guests whether visitors or staying guests as we need to inform our team. Extra Charges will be as follows - Extra Staying Adults - ₹1000/-per person per night Extra Children Staying (between 6 to 12 years age) - ₹750 per child per night Extra Visitor Guests / Adults - ₹500/- per person till 1 AM 15. Please keep common areas Tidy and Clean. 16. Managements' Rights: the Management reserves the absolute right to admission to any person in the premises and to request any guest to vacate their room / property without prior notice. 17. Government Rules and Regulations: - Guests are requested to observe the Government Rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drink, fire arms etc. 18. Additional Rules:- No Smoking Indoors and Late night loud music parties not allowed.
