Indoor Spaces • Bedrooms: 1 double rooms in total on first floor, each with a king-sized bed, fan, radiator, wardrobe, dressing unit with mirror, and attached bathroom. Extra floor mattresse are available at an additional cost. (Guests booking this units will have access only to their designated room.) • Bathrooms: 2 in total – 1 attached to bedroom and 1 in the common area. Equipped with geyser, shower, towels, and common dispensers for toiletries. (Guests booking this unit will have private access to the bathrooms attached to their room.) • Living Room: A cozy setup with comfortable sofas, a massive 150-inch TV, and books for your leisure. (Shared among all other guests at the property.) • Kitchen: Fully stocked and available for guest use at ₹1000 per bed count. (Shared among all other guests at the property.) Outdoor Spaces: Garden & Porch Swing: A 1000 sq. ft. garden with natural grass, outdoor seating, and a swing for a relaxing experience. Rooftop Terrace: Unwind under the open sky with beautiful city and mountain views. Key Features: Spacious Living Area – A welcoming space with a 150-inch TV for movie nights. Fully Equipped Kitchen – Available for guest use at an additional charge, featuring all necessary appliances including a freezer, double-door fridge, OTG, LPG gas burner, and induction cooktop, fan and even a TV. Garden & Outdoor Seating – A 1000 sq. ft. garden with a swing and seating arrangements to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Rooftop Terrace – Perfect for soaking in the breathtaking city and mountain views. Pet-Friendly – Cats are welcome! (Guests must bring their own pet essentials, and pets are not allowed on furniture.) Indoor Games & Entertainment – Chess, carrom, Ebox gaming console, guitar, and Bluetooth speakers. Bonfire (Seasonal) – Available in winter for an extra charge of ₹1200. Complimentary Breakfast – Enjoy a fresh start to your day with our delicious breakfast.
