1. Refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is required upon check-in and will be returned after check-out, provided there are no damages or breaches of these house rules. 2. Guests aged 5 yrs and above will be charged according to the established tariff and food menu. 3. We take visitor charges fixed at 1000 per head after the confirmed number of guests booked for. 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and in outdoor areas only. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty. 5. Please maintain reasonable noise levels. Loud music and excessive noise are not permitted after 10 PM. 6. Male staff accompanying guests (drivers, domestic help, etc.) are not permitted to stay inside the villa. We can assist in arranging accommodation and meals for them at a nearby budget guesthouse. Female staff are welcome to stay inside but will be counted as guests. 7. The number of guests must match the number stated in the booking. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if discrepancies are found. 8. This property is not suitable for all-male groups (stag parties). Bookings made by such groups will be subject to cancellation. 9. The kitchen closes at 10 PM, and our staff will retire at 10:30 PM. Guest access to the kitchen is restricted after this time, with the exception of families with young kids. 10. Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics or prostitution, will not be tolerated and will be reported to local authorities. *We would love to host your pets, kindly go through the disclosure and acknowledge the same* 1. The safety and security of your pet is 100% your responsibility. 2. Please carry a “poop scooper” and “poop bags” to use during your stay. The staff will not clean up behind your pet. 3. Any damage caused by a pet will have to be reimbursed by you fully, before your leave. 4. Pets are NOT allowed on beds and sofas and pool. We have a pet bed, they can sleep on them. 5. Please carry all equipment and food for the pets. The team can arrange basic groceries for your pet at market cost, if need be.

Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock
There is no gate or guard rails around the pool area. We have just one guard rail next to the stairs of the pool to help guests enter and exit. Refer to the pool pictures.

Local/ Stray dogs may sneak in sometimes whilst the main gate is opened for some work or entry of any vehicle. We will be careful, but still it might happen.

There are two local mixed breed dogs who stay at the property. Next doors we also have two cows, a few hens and a goat.
Potential for noise
A mosque located approximately two kilometers away broadcasts the Azaan (call to prayer) via loudspeaker in the mornings and evenings. While the neighborhood is generally quiet, some guests who are sensitive to sound may find this disruptive, particularly those who are light sleepers.
Must climb stairs
There is one step up from the parking area to the patio, and another from the patio into the villa. For guests who have difficulty with steps, such as senior citizens or specially-abled, we can provide a portable wooden ramp upon request.
