The space

As you enter the villa, you're welcomed into an intimate lounge that opens into a plush main living room thoughtfully designed with soft-toned furniture, a warm fireplace, and a floor-to-ceiling picture window that frames the Nilgiris like living art. The open-style modular kitchen adds to the villa’s airy flow, making it ideal for long conversations over coffee or slow brunches by the hills. The master bedroom is a serene haven, complete with an extended balcony furnished with a table and chairs perfect for morning tea or sunset views above the misty slopes. The second bedroom connects directly to the backyard and a stone path that winds through the gardens to a charming gazebo, tucked beneath towering evergreens and facing the iconic winding roads of Coonoor. The third bedroom also offers a balcony with lovely garden and gazebo views, making it a cozy and scenic corner of the home. Whether you're a solo traveler or visiting as a group, you will have full access to the entire villa and all its outdoor spaces. The fully furnished kitchen is available for your use at no extra charge, perfect for preparing meals or snacks at your convenience. Daily housekeeping services and free on-site parking are also included to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.

Other things to note

It's a humble request to follow the house rules to have an amicable stay. Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability). We love music, however, we love our neighbours’ privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00 pm. The property manager would be available in case of any issues but we do have to respect their working hours as well. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed. The cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience. Please note that room cleaning services are available once a day between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Kindly inform us a day prior in advance to schedule your preferred time. Security deposit of INR 20000/-will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 48 hours after check out. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.
