Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property. Photo Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in for verification. Fire Safety: Open flames, including candles and fire pits, are not permitted unless explicitly approved by the host. Waste & Disposal: Dispose of food waste properly and keep the space clean after use. Do not clog sinks with food waste. Wrap sharp objects securely before discarding them. Sustainability: We encourage minimizing plastic use by opting for reusable bottles and bags whenever possible. Emergency Contact: In case of an emergency, immediately contact HomeyHuts, the host, or the property caretaker for assistance. By staying at our property, you agree to comply with these house rules. Failure to do so may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. House Rules & Property Policies General Rules • Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. • Additional visitors will be charged ₹1,000 per person. • Small birthday celebrations are allowed; large parties are not permitted. • DJ setups and loud music that may disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited. • Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • Illegal drugs and other prohibited substances are strictly forbidden. • Open flames, candles, and fire pits are not allowed unless approved by the host. • Farmhouses may be subject to routine police checks. • Management is not responsible for any consequences arising from violations of law. Security Deposit • A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at check-in. • The deposit will be returned at check-out after inspection, provided there are no damages or rule violations. Swimming Pool Rules • The swimming pool is 5 feet deep; children must be supervised at all times. • The pool is closed from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM for cleaning and chlorination. • Proper swimming attire is mandatory for hygiene purposes. • Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. • If a pet enters the pool, a penalty of ₹20,000 will be charged. Children’s Safety • Children below 12 years are not allowed to use the pool table. • Children must not climb on the pool table or table tennis table. Smoking Policy • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. • Smoking is permitted only in the verandah, lawn, and poolside areas. Alcohol Policy • Guests must comply with the Telangana State liquor policy. • The booking guest may bring up to 4 litres of alcohol, including beer. • Bringing more than the permitted quantity requires an online day liquor license. • The approximate cost of the license is ₹12,000. • Hookahs are strictly prohibited. Pets Policy • Pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times. • Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area. Identification & Verification • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Property Care & Damages • Dispose of food waste properly and keep the property clean. • Do not clog sinks with food waste. • Wrap sharp objects securely before discarding them. • Any damage to the property, furniture, fixtures, or belongings must be fully reimbursed by the guest. CCTV Surveillance • CCTV cameras monitor the exterior and common areas of the villa. • Bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored. Utilities & Services • Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided subject to service availability. • Internet interruptions may occur due to service provider issues. • No refund or compensation will be provided for Wi-Fi outages. • In the unlikely event of an electricity failure or generator malfunction, no refund will be provided. Food & Restaurant Orders • Restaurant menus and recommendations are provided for convenience only. • Management is not responsible for the quality, quantity, pricing, or delivery of food ordered from third-party restaurants. Sustainability • Guests are encouraged to minimize plastic use by choosing reusable bottles and bags whenever possible. Emergency Assistance • In case of an emergency, immediately contact HomeyHuts, the host, or the property caretaker. Booking Policy • Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, postponed, or refunded. Acceptance of Rules By staying at the property, guests agree to follow all house rules and policies. Failure to comply may result in penalties, forfeiture of the security deposit, or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
