Installed at Farm main gate entrance , guest house entrance, pool, garden area, kitchen, staircase. Owner and hosts can access anytime. Our property is like our second home being let out to you for your enjoyment. This is not a professionally run hotel but a boutique B&B farmstay. We hope you have a great time here and build super memories!! Keep house doors closed at all times else mosquitoes, insects, birds etc. Would disturb your stay. Please treat everyone and everything with respect. Use the resources like your own in a sustainable manner. Car parking: either on tennis court or outside the main gate of farm. No parking on grass. Guests are expected to get their own groceries (for cooking/meals) and toiletries/towels/bathroom slippers. Ours is an environment friendly place with the motto reduce, reuse and recycle. For delivery: Shiv Narayan Dhaba - 81303 and 17477 Kitchen equipments: Refrigerator,  Microwave, mixxi, kitchen instant gyser, gas burner, usual utensils.  Drinking water: Fresh filtered ground water is provided. Adhoc cook: Subject to availability. If requested at least a day or two before, we can book.  Charges: 1000 per day. Example: 2000 will be charged for one night booking  if requested for both check in and check out day I.e. for lunch/snacks/ dinner on check in date and breakfast on check out day. Please don't pluck any fruit, flower or leaf. Please switch off electronic equipments/switches when not in use. Cycle can be used on request but only outside the farm or on tennis court. In case, guests plan to use the swimming pool, request in advance as it takes 4 hours to fill the water in the pool. Pool will be filled once for one night bookings. You can request a refill only in case of multiple night bookings. Guests are expected to get their own sports equipments. Tennis racquets, balls and other equilments can be made available on request at a charge of Rs100 per equipment. Concierage: Caretaker can run errands based on availability at a charge of Rs100 per errand for upto 5 kms and Rs 200 per errand for upto 10kms. Please pay up for stuff that you request in advance. Caretaker availability hours would be 8am- 12 am, 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm Bonfire can be arranged at a cost of Rs 1500 for 2 hours. Extra guests will be accommodated in the bedrooms, not in the common area (kichen/hall) All the above requests to be made prior to your check in at the time of making reservation. Any kind of damage/theft to the property, building, equipments etc. By you or your pets would be charged back to you at full cost of replacement. Please keep the sports equipments back to the original place or hand it over to the care taker Important Check out process: Please inform care Taker 30 mins prior to checking out so that he can perform checkout verification process.  he would check farm and bungalow to verify and report: 1. Any guest belongings if left behind 2. damages caused by guests if any 3. Collate all billable  additional services used and/or damages if any, so that they can be invoiced 4.  payment confirmation for 3. Guests are expected to clear the invoice if any and then proceed to exit the property.

building main gate has a security camera to monitor movements of people coming in/out of building. total 8 security cameras including at pool, lawn, lobby, staircase, kitchen area. no cameras in private areas of guests (bed and bath). law enforcement requires dining, hall, lobby to be monitored.
