The space

Property has 3 private rooms and huge private pool. There is an additional kids pool as well. Rooms are equipped with Hitachi ACs. Outdoor area of property is open for restaurant guests, indoor area including pool and rooms is for guests and staff only. Owner/hosts can be present at property anytime Huge 50 feet by 30 feet pool; 3/6 feet depth

Guests have private access to pool area and bedrooms and indoor sitting area along with upper deck. Outdoor area is for restaurant guests as well. Consumables of any kind are NOT provided.

Pool timings: from check in time to 9 am on check out day. Water will be drained off at 9 am without asking guests or even if guests are inside pool. As we need time to clean/refill pool for the next group. We will not drain water in case we do not have any subsequent booking. Additional charges: Late Check out would be chargeable - up to 2 hours Rs 200 per person More than 2 hours: One night fare based on availability Visitors: If you have day visitors, they are allowed inside the property against 1000 Rs charge per person. No plucking of fruits, flowers or leaves. Garbage, cigarette buds, empty bottles etc. to be disposed in dustbins only. No loud music post 10 PM as property is right on highway road.
