Designated smoking areas are available outdoors, i.e., Pool side, Balcony, Veranda etc ◆Chewing Tobacco Strictly Prohibited with no exceptions. ◆Upkeep Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff. ◆Pets: Pets are allowed on the property. And please note pet sanitation charges will be applicable. ◆Maximum Occupancy : Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand. ◆Damages & Breakages : Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly.
