House Rules : 1) Ids are required for all guests at check-in. International guests are required to provide their passports and visa copies. Late check-out is subject to availability and applicable charges 4) Strict Policy of No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony 5) The property has a strict no-party policy. Playing loud music is not allowed at any time. It can be played indoors at a low to medium volume 6) The sliding glass doors to the balcony terrace click shut and cannot be opened from the outside ( for security) . Please do not shut them completely from the outside to prevent being locked out 7) Please do not leave children unattended on the terrace and balconies 8) Please use the kitchen with caution. 9) Make sure the gas is completely turned off while not in use 10) Use only induction-compatible cookware with the induction plate 11) Use only microwave-compatible utensils in the microwave 12) Handle sharp objects such as knives and hot items with care 13) Please do not drink tap water 14) Ro filter drinking water available in the house ( in the kitchen) 15) Please take care not to cause any damage to the property and property items. The cost of any damages will be borne by the guest 16) A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- is collected on check in. 17) Please note that this is a partial listing for two bedrooms on the ground floor of our three-bedroom apartment.Guests booking through this listing will have access to the two designated bedrooms, along with the shared living, dining, and kitchen areas.
