Please Note: This cozy 2-bedroom unit is part of a larger 6-bedroom lakeside homestay. Guests have private bedrooms and bathrooms but share the pool, garden, kitchen, and outdoor spaces with other guests staying on the upper floor. The setting is peaceful and respectful, ideal for travellers who enjoy privacy with a touch of community atmosphere.

The space

Bedrooms Located on the ground floor, this unit includes two spacious double bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized bed, soft linens, wardrobe, TV, and attached bathroom. Both rooms have private balconies overlooking the serene lake — perfect for enjoying a morning tea or sunset view. Bathrooms Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom equipped with a shower, geyser, mirror and sink, towels, and a toiletries dispenser with essentials. Hair dryers are available upon request. The bathrooms are clean, functional, and ideal for refreshing after a swim or outdoor activity. Living Area: The living room on the ground floor features a comfortable sofa setup for up to six guests, a TV, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. It’s the perfect spot for cozy evenings, reading, or catching up with family and friends. Dining: The dining area adjacent to the living room comfortably seats six guests. Whether enjoying the complimentary breakfast or a chef-prepared dinner, this space invites guests to gather and share moments together. Note: Dining area and living area are the shared spaces and there might be other guests. Kitchen A shared kitchen is available on the ground floor. While it’s not open for full self-cooking, guests can use it for light reheating. It includes a gas cooktop, refrigerator, basic cookware, crockery, and cutlery. The on-site chef can help prepare local dishes or meal packages upon request at additional charges. Complimentary breakfast (choice of two dishes) is served each morning. Outdoors ( shared space) Step outside to enjoy the shared pool, garden, and bonfire setup. The pool (4–5 ft deep) includes a kids’ section and is open until 11 PM. Guests can also enjoy outdoor games, stroll around the lush property, or use the barbecue kit (chargeable according to the menu). The outdoor area is shared among all guests but spacious enough for everyone to relax peacefully. Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the assigned bedrooms and bathrooms and shared access to the living and dining areas, garden, and private pool.

During your stay

As your host, I believe every guest deserves not just comfort, but care. I’ll greet you personally upon arrival or have my caretaker do so if I’m away. You’ll have your privacy, but we’re always a message or call away for anything you might need — from arranging a bonfire to helping plan your day in Wayanad.

Other things to note

• The property has no air-conditioning, but the natural surroundings and ceiling fans keep it comfortable. • There are some shared spaces, respect other’s privacy • No kitchen access for full cooking; only heating or light use allowed. • Fire extinguishers are not installed, but we do have a first aid kit and CCTV cameras for safety. • Inverter backup supports essential power needs. • Best mobile networks: Airtel and Jio tend to have the strongest connectivity in the area. Children must be always supervised by an adult, even while using the kids pool. • Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt before entering the pool. • No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only.
