The space

INDOOR SPACES LIVING ROOM Relax in a spacious and comfortable living area featuring sofa seating for up to six guests, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a center table, and a TV with streaming services. A music system is also available, along with indoor games like carrom and chess for added entertainment. BEDROOMS The villa offers two well-appointed bedrooms, both located on the ground floor. Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside tables, and a seating arrangement. Each room comfortably accommodates up to three guests, with an extra mattress available on a chargeable basis. Extra pillows and blankets are also provided. BATHROOMS Both bedrooms come with attached bathrooms equipped with geysers, showers, mirrors, sinks, jet sprays, and exhaust fans. Guests are provided with individual toiletry kits, including dental kits, body wash, and shampoo. Fresh bath towels and hand towels are available, and a hair dryer can be provided on request. UTILITY AREA (NO KITCHEN) The villa does not include a kitchen, and cooking is not permitted. However, a utility area is available with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, crockery, cutlery, whiskey and wine glasses, and barbecue utensils for light usage and serving. OUTDOOR SPACES PRIVATE POOL Enjoy your own 20 x 11 ft private outdoor swimming pool, accessible at all times. The pool area also includes an outdoor shower, and safety tubes are provided for kids. GARDEN & LAWN A natural grass lawn surrounds the villa, offering a refreshing outdoor space to relax and unwind. GAZEBO & SEATING AREA A cozy gazebo with seating for up to five guests creates the perfect setting for morning tea or evening conversations under ambient lighting. OUTDOOR GAMES AREA Guests can enjoy a common play area with badminton and tennis facilities, suitable for both adults and children. BONFIRE SPACE A designated bonfire area is available, ideal for relaxed evenings and group gatherings. Guest access

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the private pool, and recreational areas.
